"AAA 5 Star took great care of us. 11 years into living in our home, we most definitely had hail damage but could not get our insurance company (past and present to approve it). AAA was polite and professional and most importantly NOT pushy. They were honest and said, they wouldn't waste submitting a claim at this time as it would not be approved. They promised to continue checking on our roof until we were good and ready to submit. They held true to that promise, coming by and checking our roof after every big storm. It took about 6 months but they never forgot us and I am happy to report in October of 2021, we finally received our new roof and we couldn't be happier.
